Job Description

An esteemed national organization seeks a seasoned Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. As a vital member of the finance team, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and be responsible for processing daily bank receipts, reconciling customer accounts, and invoicing. You will also handle Accounts receivable issues, contacting clients with outstanding payments and arranging suitable payment plans while monitoring debtor performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily bank receipts and reconcile customer accounts
  • Invoice clients in a timely manner
  • Handle Accounts receivable issues and arrange payment plans
  • Monitor debtor performance analysis

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
