The role involves preparing and cooking meals for up to 3000 people, working on a 14:7 roster with two weeks on site and one week at home. The position is permanent full-time, offering a salary of $93,200 plus 12% superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals for large groups using bulk/batch cooking techniques
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

- Certificate III Commercial Cookery (essential)
- Unlimited working rights within Australia
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including alcohol and drug screening
- Current driver's license
