We guide prospective students through their learning journey, converting enquiries into successful student enrolments. Our ideal candidate will provide accurate course advice, assess student eligibility, and conduct pre-training reviews.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective students from enquiry to enrolment ensuring a seamless experience throughout their learning journey.
- Convert enquiries and registrations into successful student enrolments.
- Provide accurate course advice and assess student eligibility.
- Conduct pre-training reviews and complete enrolments over the phone.
- Ensure data accuracy across systems such as Canvas and Salesforce.
- Deliver exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls and web enquiries.
- Process and verify enrolment paperwork for compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Experience in an RTO or administrative role (preferred).
- Knowledge of vocational funding models.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM/Student Management Systems.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
