Unified Healthcare Group (UHG) seeks a motivated healthcare professional (Enrolled Nurse) with excellent verbal communication skills to join our Tele Services team. The role involves liaising with medical practitioners to facilitate the exchange of health and medical information. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join on a casual basis.

Our platform enables health practitioners to access information quickly, helping clients who have suffered personal injuries from road or workplace accidents.

What You Will Be Doing

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring caseloads are handled within specified timeframes
  • Booking appointments and conducting interviews with GPs and specialists
  • Writing accurate case notes in the medEbridge platform
  • Managing relationships between clients and UHG
  • Performing data entry and ad hoc administrative duties as required

What You Should Have

  • Enrolled nurse with knowledge of how health practitioners work in clinics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound keyboard skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and manage conflicts effectively
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
