As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the rebuild, refurbishment, and quality assurance of heavy equipment components.
The Opportunity:
We're looking for a skilled leader to guide our team in meeting high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll work closely with our service and technical teams to ensure our products leave the workshop performing like new.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians and support staff to achieve high-quality results
- Oversee workshop operations, ensuring safety and quality in all processes
- Coordinate workflow, manage schedules, and meet project deadlines
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
