Operations Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. As an integral part of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to private and corporate aircraft, their passengers, and flight crews.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and support incoming private and corporate aircraft, coordinating ground handling, passenger services, and crew needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to high-value clients, passengers, VIPs, and national/international crew members at every interaction.
  • Manage logistics such as fuel, catering, water/waste services, and ground transportation to ensure timely and quality service is delivered.
  • Support flight movements by marshalling aircraft, handling baggage, operating ground support equipment.
  • Manage 3rd party service bookings and staff rosters for optimal service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry using tools like CRM to record movements and services.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Contribute to a safety-first, service-focused culture by sharing ideas and improving processes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment at all times.
  • Ensure regulatory and safety compliance in accordance with WHS&E requirements.
  • Identify business opportunities across various service lines.
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
