The role of the Clubhouse Experience Specialist is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our vibrant meeting places. This refined ambassador must be welcoming, engaging, and able to uncover customers' needs through conversation and product knowledge.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in luxury retail environments, a passion for delivering legendary customer experiences, and a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with visitors to deliver world-class service across all areas
- Maintaining consistent high standards of service delivery
- Understanding customers' needs to drive sales
- Providing expert product knowledge and recommendations
- Creating a friendly environment and communicating positively about the brand's values: Passion, Determination, Creativity & Communication
- Maintaining high Visual Merchandising and House-keeping standards
- Assisting in planning and delivering Clubhouse Rides and Events
- Supporting the team and contributing to a positive working environment
