We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Orthopaedic Practice Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in medical administration
  • Proven expertise in using practice management software (Gentu)
  • Desirable: previous experience working in a specialist practice environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general reception and administrative support to the practice
  • Conduct patient clinics, including preparation and organisation
  • Liaise with patients, manage invoicing and receipting processes, and perform various billing duties
  • Undertake general administrative tasks, such as scanning, faxing, and sending letters
  • Organise operating lists, order equipment, and send lists to hospitals and anaesthetists

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in medical administration, preferably in an orthopaedics or specialist practice
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using practice management software (Gentu)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking and discretion skills, with a focus on confidentiality
  • Professional presentation and a friendly, team-oriented attitude
