Data Center Project Management Specialist

A bachelor's degree in construction management, quantity surveying, civil engineering or a related field is required for this role.
With 7+ years of experience in construction cost control and knowledge of electrical, mechanical and ASC cost elements, you will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports.
4+ years of experience working in data center environments, ensuring compliance and fiscal responsibility, is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, develop and lead an international team of cost engineers.
- Strategically manage cost control support across the region.
- Collaborate with regional Data Center Planning & Delivery (DCPD) Construction Directors/Managers to commercially manage projects.
- Provide commercial support for OP and CAR funding requests.
- Review and enhance commercial processes in the region.
- Develop tools and templates for bid analysis and cost management.
- Measure and improve team performance using metrics.
- Communicate cost control goals effectively to stakeholders.
Travel may be required, including international travel. Experience working across multiple countries is necessary.
Requirements:- Experience developing new programs and initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create and maintain project documentation at a portfolio level.
- Estimating software experience such as CostX, Cubit, Onscreen Takeoff or Bluebeam.
- RICS full membership (MRICS or FRICS) or similar qualification.
