About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and timely technical support, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to meet customer needs and promote products, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Interpreting technical information related to automotive parts and accessories.
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring efficient dispatch of products.
  • Providing solutions and advice to customers, leveraging skills in problem-solving and communication.
  • Promoting special offers and arranging buy-ins to drive sales growth.
  • Managing customer credits and maintaining accurate records.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, and responding to their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience in parts interpreting and excellent knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
