Key Support Officer Role

We are seeking a professional to join our administration division as a Key Support Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to our clients and legal teams.

The role involves being the first point of contact for clients with complex legal and non-legal issues, determining and providing appropriate information, and organizing support or services.

  • This is an entry-level position that requires a dedicated and client-focused professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to engage effectively with clients and legal staff, and prioritize tasks to manage competing priorities.

About You

  • You must be willing to do a Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check.
  • You must hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or a valid visa to work in Australia.
