About the Position:

The finance function plays a crucial role in business strategy and decision-making, delivering strategic and operational support to programs and services.

As a Commercial Finance Lead, you will oversee the Corporate and Commercial Finance Team in Financial Planning and Analysis activities, including business partnering, forecasting, budgeting, project management, and providing commercial finance advisory support to senior stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating the cross-functional Corporate and Commercial Finance Team to execute strategic financial priorities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop complex financial costing models and business cases.
  • Scoping, developing, and managing financial improvement/sustainability projects.
  • Designing, developing, and managing tools and reports to automate financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Extensive experience in leading key Financial Planning and Analysis activities, including business partnering, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Experience in partnering and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in providing complex financial and accounting policy advice to senior management.
  • Ability to analyze, integrate, articulate, and contribute to procedural and organizational change, policy development, and initiatives.
