We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Integration team at CBRE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and gathering business requirements, and solutions, platforms, documents its processes and systems, outlines business requirements, and matches a software business model with the software and solutions being built.
Key Responsibilities- Business Requirements Analysis: Identify business requirements and convert them into a solution with the help of analytical mind and processes.
- Impact Analysis: Conduct impact analyses, assess change, and assist the project manager in integrating change management activities into the project plan.
- Software Development: Create and design software programs and applications, as well as modify existing ones for optimization according to business requirements.
- Communication and Training: Support the communications efforts, enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications within the transition team, and provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs for any new systems and applications.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Support and engage senior leaders, coordinate efforts with other specialists and consultants, and track and report issues.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of related experience and/or training specifically in software integrations and business analytics.
- Skills: Previous experience in API, software integrations, and documentation of processes, working knowledge and experience of software technology, broad business knowledge, and computer programming experience.
- Education: Tertiary qualifications in software development is beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of programming skills such as Python and R, business intelligence and reporting software, BI dashboards, data mining, and data warehouse, knowledge of SQL databases and database querying languages are beneficial.
- Soft Skills: Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges, familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
