About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Engagement Specialist to connect with our local community and provide exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of customer interactions, providing end-to-end support across multiple channels. This includes messaging, face-to-face, and phone support.
This role requires a multitasker who can confidently support customers, passionate about serving their local community and growing lasting relationships.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and results-driven, taking pride in delivering accurate solutions with care. They will also be diligent and detail-oriented, ensuring every interaction is accurate and customers' privacy is protected.
The team player will be open to stepping outside their role to support peers and explore new ideas, all to better serve the community.
