We are seeking a General Practitioner to join our team at Ochre Health in Bridport and Scottsdale, Tasmania. This is a unique opportunity to work in a mixed billing clinic with a team of VR GPs, nurses, and admin support.
The clinic operates on a split-week model, with 3 days spent at the Bridport clinic and 2 days at the Scottsdale clinic. The daily rate of $1200 is offered, or 65% of billings paid if greater. The clinic uses Best Practice software and has 15-minute standard consultation times.
As a teaching practice, you will have the opportunity to provide quality collegial support to registrars, resident doctors, and medical students. The usual hours of work are 9:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility to accommodate your needs.
The LocationScottsdale is a small town on the north-east coast of Tasmania, known for its green fields, blue mountains, and rich agricultural and forestry history. Bridport is a popular beachside holiday destination, offering a fun and memorable locum experience.
Essential CriteriaTo be eligible for this role, you must hold unrestricted Specialist AHPRA registration in General Practice, with RACGP fellowship or equivalent. You must also have full working rights.
