The Close the Loop Group is responsible for amplifying user voices throughout Canva and ensuring issue-free experiences. Our team works closely with cross-functional teams to drive impactful change and ensure user feedback influences product decisions. As a Voice of the Customer Program Manager, you'll play a key role in this group, analyzing user feedback data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to our teams.

Main Responsibilities

- Analyze qualitative and quantitative user feedback data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop actionable recommendations for our teams based on user feedback analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, Design Experience, Generative AI, and Content & Discovery teams to drive impactful change and ensure user feedback influences product decisions.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by running workshops, developing storytelling decks, and partnering with key stakeholders.

Requirements

- At least 3-5 years experience in Voice of the Customer, Customer Experience, or Customer Insights, with a proven track record of turning user insights into actionable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment on priorities and product roadmaps.
- Strong user empathy, constantly advocating for users and understanding the why behind the what to uncover root causes of product issues or requests.
