Job Description
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across multiple systems and environments through meticulous validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, Product Managers, and QA Engineers to guarantee comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and optimize complex SQL queries to perform in-depth data validation and reconciliation, driving data-driven insights.
  • Own the defect lifecycle: log, triage, track, and report issues using Azure/Jira and Confluence for seamless issue resolution.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and provide technical guidance on best practices in Business Intelligence testing.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of QA frameworks, standards, and automation strategies for data testing, promoting efficiency and quality.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and influence sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives from a QA perspective, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and production validation, ensuring data quality in live environments, and recommending improvements to QA processes and tools.
