Job Description

As a finance professional, you will play a critical role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes. You will deliver actionable insights through reporting and analysis, enabling stakeholders to meet financial targets and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of expense and FTE results for annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Prepare financial models, interpret business drivers, and load assumptions into our planning system.
  • Deliver month-end activities including journal entries, variance analysis, and financial packs.
  • Provide written commentary and insights via data visualization tools and ad hoc reporting.
  • Analyze business metrics, review business cases, and provide decision support.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with finance partners and business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (mandatory); CPA/ACA/MBA (desirable).
  • 2+ years' experience in financial services, ideally with industry exposure.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in management reporting and decision support.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX) and familiarity with planning systems, Oracle, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of reporting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timeframes.
