About Your New Role

As the Head of Finance ANZ, you will see yourself partner with the CEO to drive strategic growth initiatives. This role is highly visible throughout the organisation and your team will be responsible for driving transformation of the finance function to achieve key outcomes and greater commercial acumen throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

The following are some of the key tasks aligned to this role:

  • Lead and develop the finance team to ensure all statutory reporting and compliance requirements are met.
  • Review and Analyse financial results to provide insight into operational performance and trading conditions.
  • Produce the monthly management accounts for review at corporate level (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow).
  • Take ownership of the Budgeting & Forecast process and critically analyse to recommend required changes.
  • Identify top-line growth opportunities while implementing internal cost control initiatives.
  • Identify business drivers and translate data into key decision supporting insights.
  • Engage with department heads to actively promote a culture of collaboration and inclusiveness.
  • Work with the senior executive team to develop and execute strategy.
About You

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record performing a similar role and successfully operating at the Head of Finance / CFO level for another internationally listed business. Experience in the manufacturing or engineering sector would be an advantage.
