We are seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to join our Sydney team. As a key leader in the Structural team, you will be responsible for delivering project outcomes by leveraging and leading the rest of the team.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, with significant demonstrated experience across steel structures design. Experience with concrete structures and/or liquid retaining structures is desirable but not essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading structural designs for steel structures across hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities
  • Managing end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support
  • Mentoring junior engineers and driving successful project outcomes for our clients
