We are seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to support our national industrial and water business in Sydney.

This role is ideal for someone with established experience looking to take the next step in their career by helping to lead and develop our local team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural designs for steel structures across hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support.
  • Mentor junior engineers and drive successful project outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
  • Significant demonstrated experience across steel structures design (industrial buildings, steel framing and roofing).
  • Highly organised with outstanding technical and communication skills.
