Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical direction of the mobile app development team, ensuring features are delivered to the highest standards.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain technical architecture, leveraging your expertise in mobile development frameworks and systems.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience developing native iOS and Android apps using Swift and Kotlin.
- End-to-end expertise in the development lifecycle, from front-end mobile to back-end systems.
- Technical proficiency in Swift and/or Kotlin, with a strong grasp of security capabilities and networking frameworks.
- Advanced problem-solving, troubleshooting, and consultative abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Desired Skills:
- Platform expertise in multiple platforms, including iOS and Android.
- Familiarity with design patterns such as MVP, MVVM, Clean, or Viper architecture.
- Understanding of DevOps principles, including automation, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
- Financial services knowledge and experience working in a financial services environment.
- A foundational understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
