Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to help implement strategic initiatives and shape the future of our products.

The role requires a proactive, high-performance approach to product management – staying ahead of regulatory changes, conducting competitor analysis, and monitoring broader market conditions to continually evolve product design and deliver client-focused outcomes.

The Product Manager will be instrumental in ensuring our product suite remains aligned with overall business objectives and long-term strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new products, ensuring they meet client needs and remain best-in-class.
  • Project manage end-to-end implementation from development to launch.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support product strategy.
  • Facilitate effective product development meetings, ensuring thorough follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in all aspects of product management, maintenance, quality, and strategy to ensure high-standard funds.
  • Regularly review funds for alignment with investor expectations.
  • Assess market dynamics, conduct ongoing competitor analysis, and provide recommendations for optimising product features.
  • Oversee creation and maintenance of product documentation, including statements, determinations, factsheets, and other relevant materials.
  • Contribute to preparation and maintenance of relevant product policies, frameworks, and governance structures.
  • Review external communications to ensure information is accurate and consistent with strategy.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align product management with business goals and regulatory requirements.
