Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Planning and Purchasing team, assisting with day-to-day tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and support the PO confirmation process, including follow-ups and updates within SAP.">
  • Manage inbound deliveries, reviewing and reporting scheduled deliveries for the week.">
  • Review and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.">
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing team to resolve any discrepancies regarding quantity, price, or delivery date variations.">
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects within the Planning and Purchasing team.">
  • Participate in stock take activities as needed to ensure accurate inventory management.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They should also have strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, is essential for this role.
