Senior Program Manager, AU Speed, Australia Stores

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead the overall Speed vision and performance of our business in Australia. As a key member of our Stores team, you will be responsible for driving effective collaboration across business and operations to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the overall Speed Customer Experience strategy, covering both long-term and short-term planning.
- Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance for Speed CX, including close monitoring of key input and output KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dives and develop action plans to ensure key inputs and success metrics are achieved, influencing key partner teams and stakeholders.
- Lead the development and business evaluation of key speed improvement initiatives, including Speed Network Optimisation, Speed Marketing Campaigns, and High Velocity Event planning.
- Own the development and coordination of key test and learn opportunities across Speed Customer Experience, as well as evaluation of performance.
- Engage with key partner teams to lower cost to serve for all speed-related initiatives, balancing customer experience improvements with frugal cost savings.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
