Lead Junior School Team

We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to drive the success of our junior school team. As Head of Junior School, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of educators and contributing to the development of a world-class education program.

About the Role

The Head of Junior School will play a key role in shaping the learning experience for students from preschool to Year 6. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide feedback to improve teaching practices.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive student outcomes and achievement;
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum frameworks that meet the needs of diverse learners;
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement;
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to promote student well-being and safety;
Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Master's degree in Education or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a senior leader in a primary school setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the broader community;
  • Capacity to lead and manage change initiatives to improve student outcomes.
