About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Labour, Employment and Workplace Safety team based in our Melbourne office. This role is part of a dynamic national practice group and presents a fantastic opportunity to get involved in interesting employment law work within a vibrant, collaborative and friendly environment.

The Team

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Practice Group lead with associated administrative tasks
  • Providing administrative support to partners and fee earners in the practice group, including filing, word processing, diary and email management
  • Managing confidential firm information and opening new matters
  • Inputting and maintaining client data into client relationship software (Interaction)
  • Assisting with client queries and monthly client reporting requirements
  • Managing the monthly billing process
