Senior Recruitment Specialist | IT & Non-IT Talent Acquisition Expert | Sales & Account Management

Location: NSW-based (no sponsorship available – must have full working rights in Australia)

We're seeking an experienced Procurement & Contract Specialist to join a NSW-based organisation on a 6-month contract. You'll manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance, value for money, and strong supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase requisitions and orders within delegated purchasing authority.
  • Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
  • Negotiate and establish contract terms and conditions, maintaining effective supplier relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and price lists.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify procurement needs, quality standards, and delivery requirements.
  • Monitor and administer contract performance to ensure service delivery and compliance.

About You

  • Proven experience in procurement and contract management within a government or large corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering, supplier engagement, and contract administration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Must be NSW-based with full Australian working rights.
