Job Title: Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our go-to-market planning, vendor engagement, and channel enablement. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Networking and Network Storage Solutions and be able to develop and execute effective strategies to drive sales.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team. They will also possess a proactive mindset with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, identify growth opportunities and challenges, manage claims, and ensure rebate targets are achieved.
• Empower business partners and internal sales teams through training, pricing program management, and execution of demand generation initiatives.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns, develop bundled solutions, and create competitive pricing strategies to drive sales.
• Forecasting & Inventory Management
• Accurately forecast sales and inventory needs, manage stock levels, and minimize obsolescence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with sales teams, BDMs, and key stakeholders to align strategies and drive business growth.
• Performance Analysis
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), monitor key performance metrics, and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
• Brand Advocacy
• Serve as a passionate advocate for the brand within the organization, promoting its value and vision.
