Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the digital and eCommerce strategies across three brands. This role involves developing end-to-end digital plans for all brand websites, driving growth through data-driven initiatives, and mentoring a Marketing Assistant.


The successful candidate will deliver business growth, drive traffic, generate leads, and boost sales in a competitive industry.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute comprehensive digital strategies.
  • Manage paid campaigns with a sharp focus on return on investment (ROI).
  • Lead SEO efforts to enhance organic visibility and ranking.
  • Evaluate and optimize eCommerce platforms.
  • Oversee website merchandising, product listings, and user experience enhancements.
  • Drive data-driven customer relationship optimization initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Marketing Assistant.
  • Maintain alignment with sales teams and store managers to support business objectives.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Hands-on expertise with Shopify & WordPress, Google Ads, SEO tools, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, GA4 & Google Tag Manager.
  • A commercial mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • A self-starter approach, confident making decisions without agency or senior marketing oversight.
