Program Development Director

The Program Director will lead a high-performing team in driving strategic growth, process improvement and operational excellence across complex projects.
This leadership role is part of the Chief Operating Office (COO) Division and responsible for enabling a culture of innovation, optimising business outcomes, risk management and change initiatives that align with our Group's strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team with a continuous improvement mindset to foster a BU-wide culture of innovation
- Oversee data accuracy and quality in systems/tools
- Collaborate with leadership to create Business Unit (BU) Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and initiatives that align with overarching strategy
- Monitor key business metrics to report on performance and identify actions for execution or escalation
- Utilise data insights to evaluate progress against OKRs for BU performance forums, QBRs and Big Room Planning sessions
- Conduct performance forums and contribute to complex discussions
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote agile working practices across squads
- Ensure compliance with group policies, processes and frameworks
- Track workforce and support resource decisions to enable delivery of outcomes
- Experience in performance management, strategic planning and project delivery
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
- Able to lead forums, influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
- A collaborative mindset to manage complexity and change
