About the Role

This pivotal role plays a critical part in supporting the holistic wellbeing needs of veterans and their families. You will work under the guidance of a senior manager and contribute to operational planning, governance, and quality assurance of the wellbeing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support veterans and their families with their holistic wellbeing needs
  • Contribute to operational planning and governance of the wellbeing Team
  • Maintain high standards in client relations, engagement, risk management, and quality assurance
Requirements

You will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Community Services related fields or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of managerial experience in the sector, including financial management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in CRM usage, reporting, and program report preparation
  • Strong understanding of the employment landscape and community services
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

Experience in not-for-profit wellbeing support is highly advantageous.
