Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Solution Designer to join our team and help us build an AI platform for the real estate industry.

This innovative platform aims to empower agents by streamlining administrative tasks, supercharging sales, and alleviating workload pressures on growing teams.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing intelligent AI agents using Python, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Technical Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient Postgres database schemas, queries, and performance optimizations for production workloads.
  • Develop robust APIs and maintain backend infrastructure with security, reliability, and scalability in mind.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated testing and deployment.
  • Deploy and manage applications across cloud platforms, including Render and Vercel.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and product team to deliver high-impact features that address real customer needs.
Team & Delivery Responsibilities
  • Participate in architecture design, sprint planning, and code reviews.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions from initial concept to demo-ready stage.
  • Contribute to maintaining a culture of quality, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
