Insurance Broker Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for helping businesses protect their assets and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process insurance quotations, endorsements, and renewals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized insurance solutions
  • Negotiate with insurers on behalf of clients
  • Manage claims and ensure prompt resolution
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in general insurance broking with tier 1 qualifications
  • Proficiency in using WinBEAT and Sunrise systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage a growing portfolio of clients
  • Strong focus on business growth through organic means and acquiring new clients via online and phone channels
  • Understanding of the challenges faced by tradespeople and ability to tailor solutions to meet their needs
