We are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Account Manager to join our growing team in Sydney, Australia. As a Technical Account Manager at Staffbase GmbH, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with account executives to deliver engaging demos that showcase the value of the Staffbase platform to prospective customers.
  • Support prospects in identifying the best technical setup for their internal communications needs and help remove technical obstacles to advancing deals.
  • Assist in technical evaluations of the Staffbase platform, providing recommendations for integrations and implementation.
  • Collaborate on RFP response documents to highlight the strengths of Staffbase's solutions.
  • Work alongside senior team members during kick-off calls and onboarding to ensure customers are set up for success.
  • Coordinate with post-sales technical support engineers to support smooth integrations for customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a related role (SaaS pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting).
  • A foundational understanding of cloud technologies and the benefits they offer over on-premise solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of web development principles and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software concepts and integrations is preferred but not required.
