Nurse - Client Care Specialist

We are seeking experienced nurses to provide premium care experiences to clients, making a genuine, compassionate and personalized impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care following client care plans developed by registered nurses.
- Meet the safety needs of clients and use equipment safely and properly.
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Conduct nursing assessments to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- AHPRA registration.
- Registered or enrolled nurse qualification.
- CPR and first aid certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- National police check for aged care/vulnerable persons sector.
- Working with children check.
- NDIS worker screening approval.
- NDIS worker orientation module completion.
