Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury fashion, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales and profitability.

About the Role:

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the store team and visually emulating the brand vision and values. They will provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction and will have the ability to confidently execute all operational activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales and profitability of your Boutique, ensuring the KPI's set by the brand are achieved.
  • D Deliver an exceptional and experiential level of customer service.
  • Confidently lead, develop, motivate, support and succession your team to succeed.
  • Implement in-store training to deliver excellence.
  • Visually emulate the brand vision and mission.
  • Execute operational excellence with all stock management, VM and back of house procedures.
  • Manage inventory and loss prevention for your boutique.
  • Ensure the presentation and visual merchandising standards are met in accordance with brand expectations.
  • Utilise data and reports for retail & VM operations.
  • Ensure shop-floor stock levels are at an optimum level to maximise sales.

We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years' experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager (ideally in luxury fashion)
  • Be passionate about providing excellent customer service and experiential retail
  • Have excellent organisational and analytical skills
  • Strong business management acumen
  • Be a dynamic and hands-on leader who leads by example
  • A leader who is passionate about motivating and coaching a team to succeed
  • High emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
