As a Strategic Infrastructure Development Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our infrastructure projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of strategic infrastructure solutions.

You will be responsible for providing technical direction and leadership to ensure that our infrastructure projects are well-planned from the start.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on both mechanical and electrical projects, as well as previous experience in mining, construction, or heavy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction and leadership to ensure infrastructure projects are well-planned from the start.
  • Lead the development of practical solutions for various project scenarios.
  • Oversee project planning and approvals, guiding projects through their initial stages.
  • Manage the full delivery, control, and closure of approved projects.
  • Monitor, forecast, and report on the capital plan, ensuring financial health and transparency.
  • Ensure all projects comply with project delivery procedures.
What We're Looking For
  • An Engineering degree qualification, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or structural/civil engineering.
  • Ideal experience working on both mechanical and electrical projects.
  • Previous experience in mining, construction, or heavy industry.
  • Ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders through various techniques.
  • A business improvement perspective and appreciation of engineering alliance relationship structures.
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
