Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC routers and laser cutters to cut, shape, and engrave materials, including wood, acrylic, metal, and plastic.
  • Program and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to keep it in optimal working condition.
  • Collaborate with the design team to interpret and execute design specifications.
  • Monitor the production process, ensuring quality and precision.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating CNC routers and laser cutters.
  • Proficiency in programming and machine setup.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM software is beneficial.
