We are seeking a Cellar Door Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, showcasing high levels of product knowledge and a love of great food and drink.

A background in food retail is highly valued, although full training will be provided for the right applicant.

The role is based at our cellar door on Bruny Island and involves meeting and greeting customers, presenting product tastings, assisting and serving customers in our store. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the cellar door, cleaning and other general duties associated with a hospitality business.

We're a small team that works hard and has fun doing it. The environment we work in is fast paced and energetic, and you'll get to be part of a growing business. We offer an excellent rate of pay and opportunities for growth and progression.

This is a Full-Time Permanent Position.

**What You'll Need:**

* A can-do attitude and ability to work closely within a small team

* Previous experience in food retail (although full training will be provided)
