Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for open vacancies, sourcing quality talent for our clients, and developing business relationships. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and conduct business development activities to identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through referrals, networking events, and social media;
- Develop and implement account management plans to improve delivery;
- Analyse job requirements, attract candidates, and screen applicants;
- Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and filtering candidates for open positions;
- Work in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a professional and ethical manner.
Requirements
- Strong sales acumen and experience working in a sales environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a professional demeanor;
- Comfortable with Microsoft Suite and able to learn new software quickly;
- A desire to meet and exceed targets and contribute to the company's growth.
