Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Marketing Coordinator to join our Commercial Team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Collaborate with the B2B Marketing Team to deliver impactful events, partner collaborations, and engaging brand activities.
  • Manage branded merchandise and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and activations.
  • Assist with campaign results analysis and proof-of-execution for invoice processing and vendor funding claims.
  • Contribute to the upkeep and development of collateral and internal tools, including Partner Alliance and public website.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communication.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a Marketing role.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-suite.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.
  • Highly organised with ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Able to multitask and thrive under pressure.
  • Confident in communicating effectively and building positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
