Summer Stylist Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Summer Stylist and help customers find the perfect swimwear for their beach adventures. As a Summer Stylist, you will work closely with colleagues to drive sales, smash KPIs, and create an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being proactive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about swimwear products.
  • Style and advise customers on swimwear purchases, ensuring they find the right fit and look.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
  • Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, stock presentation, and store appearance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in fashion retail or customer service is desirable but not essential, as we can provide training.
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for the beach lifestyle are essential.
