Job Description

SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Customer Success Partner Senior Advisors play a pivotal role in helping customers successfully consume BTP services within their application projects. These experts work closely with technical decision-makers to ensure broad adoption of the portfolio, both within and across application projects.

BTP Customer Success Partners are responsible for developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive consumption growth through Technical Advisory Responsibilities. They proactively partner with customers to sustainably increase consumption of SAP BTP services, while coordinating activities with the Account Team to build joint outcome-based plans.

As a BTP Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned customers, orchestrating success resources across SAP and customer organizations. You will analyze customer technical needs, execute consumption plans, and instruct customers on best practices for leveraging BTP solutions in alignment with SAP's strategy and roadmap.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-6 years of experience working in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of one or more areas of the SAP BTP portfolio, including SAP BTP Extension and Integration Suite, Cloud Databases, Cloud Data Management, Analytics Cloud
  • Working knowledge of hybrid and cloud-based landscapes, enabling guidance on technology architectures and strategies
  • Certifications in enterprise architecture are a plus
