Lead the Success of a Premium Orange Winery

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our award-winning and premium Orange winery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the 5-year plan, increasing sales, and ensuring the longevity of our Wine Club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hospitality and tourism business, including cellar door, restaurant, guesthouse, onsite and offsite events, and functions
  • Manage warehouse operations and logistics, local wholesale program, and drive member acquisition
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth
  • Ensure the successful execution of the 5-year plan and maintain a positive team culture
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in retail, food, wine, or hospitality operations, with a minimum of 5 years general management experience
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and set the tempo for the team
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and a proven ability to manage budgets
  • Energetic and passionate individual with a strong project management background
