About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Maintenance Area Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscape maintenance works through industry best practices, excellent knowledge, and standards of OH&S. You will manage multiple projects throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area and provide support, training, and mentoring to staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and coordinate landscape maintenance projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  3. Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  4. Monitor and maintain accurate records of project progress, including time sheets, work orders, and quality control reports.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance works.
  2. Excellent time management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize multiple projects and work requirements.
  3. High level of interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation.
  4. Ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
  5. Good computer and literacy skills.
  6. Current Drivers Licence (MR or HR highly regarded) and White Card.
  7. Landscape Qualification will be highly regarded.
