Job Title: Nursing Professional
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nursing professional to join our supportive Home & Community Clinical team. As part of this role, you will be providing direct clinical nursing care to clients in their homes, following best practice nursing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing high-quality nursing care to elderly clients, promoting independence and dignity.
- Conducting thorough assessments, developing holistic care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
What You'll Need:
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate nursing experience, with a focus on community care or similar settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
