Eastern Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to lead and innovate clinical practice and service delivery in physiotherapy services within the emergency department and across general medical services at Box Hill Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and innovate clinical practice and service delivery in physiotherapy services
- Supervise and mentor Grade 1 and 2 Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and Physiotherapy students
- Develop and implement outcome-based service initiatives
- Engage in clinical research and project work
- Participate in multidisciplinary quality improvement work
- Recognised tertiary qualification in physiotherapy
- Current registration with the Australian Physiotherapy Board
- Eligibility for membership of professional associations
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications or experience
- Extensive clinical experience and/or postgraduate qualifications in specialized fields
- Experience in supervision, leadership, and clinical education
- Excellent team integration and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of community organizations and networks
- Membership of Australian Physiotherapy Association(s) and other professional bodies
- At least 7 years of experience in the physiotherapy profession
