We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Accor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front office during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise during the night shift.
  • Front Office Operations: Supervise the front office area, ensuring that all procedures and policies are followed, and that the lobby and public areas are maintained to a high standard.
  • Reporting and Administration: Run reports and complete administrative tasks, including posting room charges and daily room revenue, to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Night Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a front office role, such as Guest Service Agent, is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of a Property Management System, such as Opera or RMS, is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Education and Certifications: Unrestricted Driver's License and Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate are required.
