Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Program Director to oversee our Before and After Care program in Queanbeyan. This role involves leading a team of Directors, 2ICs, and Educators to deliver a high-quality program for the service community.

The position entails:

  • Direct management of a team of Directors of Service
  • Indirect support and guidance of a team of Educators and support staff
  • Coordinating the planning, resourcing, and delivery of an engaging program for all groups and children in attendance
  • Nurturing exceptional relationships with children, families, school leaders, and the wider school community

You will be accountable for ensuring a successful program that positively impacts the lives of children and their families, creating lasting memories. This is an opportunity to design and implement an innovative service tailored to your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Before and After Care team.

Team Management

Directly manage a team of Directors of Service and indirectly support a team of Educators and support staff.

Program Development

Coordinate the development and implementation of a high-quality program that caters to the needs of children and families.

Community Engagement

Nurture strong relationships with children, families, school leaders, and the wider school community.
